This wonderfully unique book would make a fantastic gift for anyone living in the Tilehurst area of Berkshire, anyone interested in cartography or even just a special treat for you. This book was cut, folded, trimmed and glued using the same traditional methods employed by craftsmen and women for hundreds of years. The journal has 80 pages (160 sides) of high quality 120gsm recycled paper, the pages are blank, making it extremely versatile. The spine and rear cover of the book are covered in a blue bookcloth and the front is an upcycled OS Explorer map. The front cover has quarter bound corners, this is a traditional style of binding and helps protect the corners of the the book if it is stored on a shelf or taken in and out of a bag, as well as being an attractive design feature. The boards beneath the bookcloth are recycled. The journal has coordinating blue endpapers, blue headbanding and a blue satin ribbon as a page marker.
